To use the IndieSent dot Com website to maximum potential

requires the use of the Quicktime Video plug-In. and the REALPLAYER from RealAudio.. See above re: Quicktime and check this link here for aol/realplayer setup info!!!

As of this writing, AOL 3.0.1 does NOT support this plug-in! Because of this AND many other reasons it is advisable NOT to use AOL's built in browser, (besides, IT SUCKS!)

Use Netscape 3.01 or 4.0 (AKA Communicator) or even 2.02!! On the MS side

use IE 3.0 or later! Be sure the Quicktime plug-in is in the plug-in folder BEFORE starting!

HOW 2 USE NETSCAPE or IE 3.0

Double Click (load and run) AOL 3.0. Log in. Go to the select application menu (Rightmost top on Mac's) and select finder (or whatever will allow you to double-click another application)

Double Click Netscape (or IE). Use new browser instead of AOL! Enjoy the Roots! or Dirty etc..

NOTE: One of the drawbacks of AOL is it's 5 call limit on redial and WORSE, because AOL sucks and they don't want you to REALLY use UNLIMITED service, every so often while using Netscape or IE, AOL sends you a Dialog Box asking "Do you want to stay online?"!! Well, if you are downloading Photoshop LE or any large file, you may not be monitoring the screen! Miss the box & it will log you off no matter how important the file, no matter how much has been downloaded!! (yes, even 99%!)

Well someone has found a way around this. A MAC Control Panel (Called AlwaysOnLine) that lets you redial up to 999 times and AUTOMATICALLY answers YES to the AOL Dialog box!!! Shareware.
